Good location, very attentive staff. Only gripe is that the food is pricey if you eat in the hotel. No room service and only showers in the deluxe bathroom. Spa is very good and the whole setting makes you feel like being in a Swiss mountain location when its raining!! Overall great hotel, awesome afternoon tea - definitely not for the short in pocket....

This is the BEST hotel you can stay at Camerons. YTL the operator of the hotel keeps truly to its exacting standards. Wonderfully furnished, luxurious in every way, it is a MUST to stay here. Food and ambience are both excellent. Honeymooners cannot ask for more. The spa although a little small compared to their other properties, is still great with good service.
At night there is lots to do. Night market, plenty of restaurants and the cool air is something to be had.
However avoid Malaysian school holidays cos the roads are choked. Its also that popular with locals.
