This is a very run down hotel...
This is a very run down hotel i would say and I don't expect a 4 star hotel to be like this.
1. Swimming pool condition - no rules and regulations being impose, anybody with t-shirt and etc can just jump in to the pool. You won't have the desired to jump into the pool at all.
2. Hotel bathroom is small and condition is bad. Water paip dripping. 2 bath towel only, they don't give you hand tower as well. The floor map is only one and end up the floor is always wet.
3. No pest control in hotel room, ants running around on the table.
4. Beach is ok but since it is public beach so cleanliness can be improve. No much water activities you can do. Boring.
5. Food as in breakfast ( as I only took the breakfast) is average. Nothing special, nothing delicious, the coffee is like no taste at all.
6. The road lead to the Legend hotel should plants some trees and beautified it a bit .... to give people a first good impression.
7. Hotel service is poor, we ask for changing room as the room given is the further away from the lift and you can only see cleaning room from the balcony. It is very noisy as well, sound from the aircon unit from the cleaning room. We finally manage to change our room but that is after so many try, the hotel just keep on giving excuse even they have rooms but they just want to give away the worst room to their guest even a better room is not being occupied.
Overrall ...... very poor managed hotel.
