The unit is spacious and clean. The rooms are big enough to occupy up to 12 people. One minor flaw we discovered was the rice cooker is not working and we have to cook rice by using the stove. But that did not affect our pleasant stay at the apartment.
the travel agent asked me to bank...
the travel agent asked me to bank in cash into their bank account of RM280 before arrival. Then they asked me to fax over the slip of transaction. The job make some troublesome to me.
On arrival, they questioned me why check in so late at 12am. I defended my self that the customers have a right to check in after 1400. Unprofessional move. After check in, i encountered there were no towel available in the apartment.
I dont suggest to anyone to stay here again. Afraid of unexpected troublesome.

Pls bring toiletries,tissues,towels,toilet rolls, mosquito zapper.no mosquito except if u open the door to enjoy the breeze u will hv lots of unwelcome guests flying around even cockroaches. There is no microwave in the unit i stayed. N i did not chk whtr the oven works or not. They hv pots to cook 2pkts of maggie noodles.we hv the new unit with lifts, n a good view.the older units r a walk up apt.this place is a short walk to tanah rata town. Wud appreciate as long as flw up tenants help to keep n maintain the unit clean n proper iso abusing the place n facilites.the unit size is good for big or small fmly who wud like to enjoy it at their leisure time. Other then the xtra heavy traffic during the sch hols, seems its worse during public hols. Its a good place to stay for now. June 2010.
