Hotel stay.
Hotel is located just walking distance to shops very convenient even at night. There is a playground just in front of the hotel, good for an evening walk and just relax there.
Hotel room is clean and toilet is in good condition.
Just that it is quite near to main road and mosque, maybe some noise disturbtance but it is ok when the door is closed at night.
Overall, it is convenient just centraly located in the middle of Tanah Rata,
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms & Food
The hotel staff were quite pleasant however the room (we stayed in a Duplex Suite) was not. When we informed them of the faulty lights they couldn't fix it, the shower in the shower cubicle wasn't working so we showered in the tub throughout, remote control from the living area was missing, tv reception wasn't very good more often than it was, no telephone on the upper floor, food was totally not nice. We had very very light breakfast the first morning and went to town for breakfast the next morning. Location was pretty good cos it was near town so it was convenient. They should really do something about the rooms and food.

Asia room is really value for money.
But the Century Pine need to do refurbishment works in the rooms. During our stay, the ceiling's room was leaking

Really vacation
The room quiet nice for me. Specially the Deluxe room king size bed. Customer service very friendly.
Customer service at reception was excellent. However the hotel can improve by enabling Wifi in all areas other than the cafe. Breakfast choice could do with more variety.
Still fine
The rooms for our bookings were alright, except for the single room. It was at the same value as ours but smaller. They have a Halal restaurant so does not sell beers. However, we were not informed earlier, so in the end we did not have beer to drink. It will be good to put it upfront on their hotel website so that Muslims friends know about it and non-Muslims guests can make alternative arrangement earlier enough. If not, at the reception counter, it must be conveyed clearly and ensure guests receive the message upon checking in.
