I've stayed here for business a few times now, because of it's proximity to the airport, and industrial areas. I find the rooms and facilities to be adequate, the recreational facilities are great, and the buffet dinner and breakfast is usually good value.
My only critiscm is general staff friendliness and helpfulness. I always get the feeling that any request I may have is of great inconvenience to staff, for example asking a bellboy to come to the room to help with luggage, or at the restaurant asking for a la carte instead of buffet. The front desk are great, but it doesn't seem to extend much further. Oh and the local taxi from the hotel ripped me off by not using the meter, and justified it by saying he had to pay the hotel Bell Boy RM3.50 to be allowed to pick up hotel guests. That should probably be looked into. So make sure the meter is on when you get into a cab at this hotel.
