Bad customer service
I was very deep dissapointed stay in century bay,penang. This is my 1st experience that the customer service who is in charge never tell us how to pay for the room, they just deduct our credit card without our permission. If I want this to make a case I will sue the hotel. I was spoke to Mr. Manoj Kumar but there's not a reasonable answer he can gave me. unfortunately I was rushed to get my flight, actually I want to report them about illegal transaction with my credit card that they make it. He never give us any copy until we asked for that.
The room also never clean up everyday. the location is very far2 away to downtown.. will cost a lot of money for transportation.Very hard to find nice food.
Very not suitable for holiday and never stay again.
Please to be carefull when they never ask about the methode of payment, they can cheat your credit card. this is very dangerous.
