careless worker
careless workers asked me to find the key when the key is just behind the door. Does not provide extra bed even though I have paid. the reason given was not enough worker to set it up for me.
It's a very homey concept of hotel and value for money. The front desk is quite friendly and helpful. The room was big with 3 single beds.
Would love to stay again at this hotel.

This hotel is worse than horrible, its very badly located, extremely hard to find (the owner of the hotel couldnt even tell us where it was on the tourist map!). The communal areas to be fair were clean and tidy, the room however certainly was not, the private bathroom was simply disgusting and absolutely stank, there was a huge hole in the side of the bath panel where there was rat droppings and ant infestation! The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were just shredded foam chunks in a pillow case and the sheets were questionably clean (mine had what looked like blood on it). We were forbidden from keeping the A/C control so it was left on full power all night which rendered us cold for the night. There wasn't any facilities to speak of except for the cooled drinking water that was complimentary which was nice. We paid 68 RM for the 1 night which we then found out was extortionate, the following day we were awoken to two girls trapped in their room after the key snapped in the lock, a member of cleaning staff (a young boy about 15 years old) chose to just observe the shaking door and calls for help for quite a while until we realised what was going on and got them out ourselves. We are now staying in decent accommodation on Lebuh Chulia for 25 RM a night, we suggest you do the same! Sorry for being honest.
