This hotel it is the perfect place for those who travel an non unlimited budget;and who are conscious about the money they are spending on a hotel;so this place is not a resort, this hotel is a great place to leave your bags,go out and them come back to sleep on a comfortable,and clean bedroom.
about the location is great,few minutes walk from the beach,public transportation (that is great) and all kinds of restaurants from the food stalls on the streets to the fancy and very expensive.
any way keep on mind that you are paying for a low budget hotel and this is a great place to leave your bags,go out and come back to sleep ona comfortable and clean bedroom.

Suggestion:
- iron board should be included if customer want to use iron
- hot water dispenser should be provided on every floor, not only @ the lobby
others than that, it is very good 3 star hotel..

good value for money
This was my first stay in a hotel in Penang and I was pleased with the service, the location of the hotel and the amenities close by.
My relatives stayed in upmarket hotels nearby and the main difference that I noticed, was the swimming pools and flashy bars, neither of which I would require, and the obvious high prices being charged for the drinks.
Near beach and restaurants
Simple but clean hotel. Everything you like for holiday or short stay is near the hotel. So as the beach is 5 minutes walk and the restaurants are nearby too. Only I find not really a nice bar in Ferringi. I stay here for 2 nights before my visa run Thailand.
Penang, good beach but cant swim (jetski)
Hi, I thought the staff were great, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, but for that price you should have a fridge in the room. The thing i did hate is that the noise from the corridor echoes into the rooms, and these rude Muslims chanting there prayers in the building very early in the morning echoing right into my room, if they want to pray do it quietly or go to the mosque. I really think the hotel should stop noise pollution like this. Location is great, but not sure i would stay there again because of the noise and no fridge. I have put yes to the questions but i am not really sure i would stay there again.
