We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this hotel but we are quite disappointed that there is no sports channel (ESPN) for us to watch. We hope that the management will look into it and consider.

First time stay
I wanted to stay close to the airport, location was great, service friendly, however the rooms are very small and pokey compared to what is expected in oz, where I'm from. The restaurant is very expensive and there is a nice coffee shop called ultimax, but be mindful of the "tourist prices" on beverages...juice is only RM2.50 not RM 5...The bathroom had mould growing on the walls, and the fixtures in bathroom were coming off...there were no fans in the bathroom, and the toilet very noisy when flushing. The walls a very thin and u can clearly hear what is going on in the hallway, and next door too. Glad I booked thru Asia room, as I would be very unhappy if I had paid the full price the hotel was asking. Asia rooms provided great service, and the hotel was service 5star, but quality 3star
Live to expectations
I'm very happy that the hotel provides free wifi to guests without the need of asking. I was impressed because a five star hotel in KL - Parkroyal did not even provide free wifi although I spent most in that hotel. They claimed that due to booking via travel agents I couldn't get free wifi. A 5 star hotel gives a less than 4 star hotel treatment to their guests. My family commented that after staying at 3 different hotels in a single trip, Eastin is the best.
However the customer service should be improved cos I was given wrong info on the breakfast quiry. I was told to be able to pack breakfast but ended up not able to do so. They have caused us so much inconvenience as we were all anxious to get some food prior to a long bus ride to Cameron highland. Thankfully the bus driver brought us to a place to eat after an hour & we were already famished.
Hence they should have good understanding of all functions, info in the hotel to answer guests enquiries as best as possible. Nonetheless it's still a pleasant stay near a shopping mall.
