the room was fine, quite new and clean; equipped with air-cond and beautiful lamp.besides, water dispenser is provided in the hotel. However, one thing that I am dissatisfied with is the floor mat was not provided. When we came out from the bathroom, the floor of the room would be very wet.
Good location, clean budget hotel
stayed there for 2 nights with my parents. very good location, only 10 min walk from Komtar, shoping complex and talletst building in Penang. hotel is quite clean for a budget hotel. some parts of the hotel is still renovating. i think, we've stayed in a just renovated room. basic things only in the room, air-con and tv, coffee / tea sacthels (but no hot water making facility, have to get hot water from the water dispenser at lobby, near the lift) no wordrobe.
please note that hotel reception asked to pay the fees at check-in (can pay in cash or credit card) and deposit (in cash) which will be returned when you check out (which are not mentioned in the web site). i'd recommend this hotel for budget travellers

Clean..
Clean, close to shopping centers like Komtar. Just need to have a water heater in the chamber to make it easier for coffee. To come may be considered to stay at this hotel.
What an entrance!
On the whole, the room was fine. But...we couldn't find it at first...cos the door is located at the back of the hotel. Rather scary if staying alone!
Good comfortable
We had a comfortable stay at super 8 good budget hotel like to book the same in future
I booked a family room for 4 adults and 2 babies. The room was surprisingly very spacious for the price that I paid for. The interior was nice. The carpeted floor was a bonus since I have a crawling baby. And the best thing about the hotel is the big round shower head.
