Good Stay
We went to stay at the hotel on 20th to 23rd Dec. There were 5 adults and 2 kids. We had booked 2 rooms but it was a pity that the hotel does not have connecting rooms. Otherwise, it was a superb stay. Checkin was very fast. 5 minutes or so and we were up in our rooms. A newly renovated lobby with free internet access for usage, very thoughful.
The hotel rooms were very clean. I will rate their cleanliness as very good. One special thing which other hotels can learn from Regalodge. The hotel provided daily replenishments of 2 cans of soft drinks, 1 cup noodles and 2 bottled minieral water and 1 bag of potato chips. And all these are free and regardless of whether you finished them, they will still provide you all these things the next day. The aircon in the rooms will cool the room in no time.
Food in the cafe was good too especially the a-la-carte dishes. Thoughtful of hotel to provide parking coupons if you need to park your car along the road side because the hotel carpark is small with limited lots. This is our 2nd stay and we will stay there again when w go to Ipoh one more time.

A short hoilday.
Its a short but pleasant holiday . Being our first time there we had hope to be able to visit some please of interest . but due to the holiday we were unable to ,how disappointing ... Any way we did get to taste quite a few local dishes . Our stay at the hotel was good . Its a nice hotel to relax in .We'll surely come back again.
Nice hotel
Regalodge is a pleasant hotel, clean room and has a powerful shower tap. Staff is friendly and helpful. Though eating places are a few streets away, still "walkable". Would recommend to others and may return again if going to Ipoh in the future.
A Pleasant Hotel
I did not have much expectation when I first booked this hotel online. But was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel, though small, but nice and clean and the staff was willing to let us check in very early in the morning when we arrived at 6.30am.
The room is spacious for a small hotel and what I like best was the water from shower head was very strong, almost could be a massage shower!!
Good food places are within walking distance. Will return again if I ever go to Ipoh.

A decent place.
A decent place to stay. Located near to food(Tim Sum, local variety....) and Ipoh Parade is within walkable distance. Many food reflexology located at the food area also.
We were very satisfied with our stay at Regalodge Hotel Ipoh and it was excellent value for money. The location was very convenient to the centre of town, the room was very clean and the staff were efficient and friendly and promptly attended to requests. Good cable tv reception with selection of english and local channels.
Extremely high quality lofging for this price ,somewhat far from the old town though. If you are willing to walk, don't hesitate.
Clean and Secure
Provide a clean place to stay for the night. Also, they had very security guards working around the clock and this important for guest with car. It is within walking distance to good food around the hotel.
Short stay at Regalodge
Room was neat and clean. Renovations going on and there is no breakfast in the morning. Not too bothered with that as the hotel is located near to a lot of good eating places in Ipoh town and if you are driving, good food is just less than 10 minutes away. A lot of good satellite tv channels on the LCD tv. Overall, I'm happy as a business traveler who needs a no frills stay in a clean and tidy room where everything is running as it should be.
Recommended for business travelers who require short stays.
