Not worth paying
When i saw the room it was nothing alike as shown in the pictures. It looked more like a low cost hotel. With that price I actually found a better accommodation.. So i choose to move out after 1 night. Really disappointed..
The wall is dirty ,seems many on the table and service technician should take their shoe while entering .
This hotel sucks
The room is not very pleasant.. Carpet is very dirty with many stains mark and torn everywhere. Toilet is not very clean and slippery. Cleaning hose is broken. Not worth staying here for rm129, can get better hotel with this price. Wont come again and not reccomend to other people staying here.. Wifi signal too bad in room 120.. Sometimes no signal at all.. Pathetic
decent stay
It could have been better. Considering the rates, room and hotel was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful through out. Only annoying thing was lack of bathroom amenities like napkin, brush, paste etc. Considering the size and quality of the hotel, these things are very much expected. Apart from that rest was fine.

the room ok, just a simple room and bad noise.... , hotel location 5 minutes drive to town, but not easy get public transport. behind of hotel is school , not suitable weekdays stay, too noisy.
weekend at fairpark
a little out of city centre but a cab fare of 8 to 10 ringit only.may find trouble getting a cab on sunday as their despatch closes.
we stayed in ' new' wing in deluxe double room which is just a bit shabby, but at the price represented good value.
the winning point at this hotel is the staff, we would return on this point alone, they will help in all ways.

Disappointed
This hotel has an old wing and an new wing. During booking, there is no mentioned which rooms (old or new wing) are given. We were given two rooms in the old wing. One room is much smaller with a bigger bathroom (not necessary as we do sleep in the bathroom).
During the night, the power in the old wing trip and it takes about five minutes to restore. And of course we have to get up to re-start the air-con again.
On the second day morning, we left the hotel keys at the reception and went out. When back before noon and ask for the keys, the receptionist could only find one room key and insist they do not have the other room key. It was only about five minutes later after disputing about the other hotel room key that three hotel guests came to the receptionist holding our hotel room key.
MY GOD!!! The receptionist has given our room key to another guest!!! Apology was given immediately to the guest that was holding the wrong room key. And we have to demand for an apology for the SERIOUS mistake made by the receptionist.
Advise for future guest staying in this hotel, please DO NOT leave any valuables in the room when you leaves the hotel when you goes out...................

Front dest staff chatting away
I tried calling the front desk on my first nite to ask for a nearby food outlet for supper.
Nobody picked up the phone. I went downstairs and saw the receptionist chatting away on her mobile. Only upon me calling out to her did she stop her conversation.
Location not ideal for food as there is only 1 24hr roti prata stall nearby, hotel is surrounded by workshops.
Will try another location next time.

Nice Hotel with good room and facilities....
Nice Hotel with good room and facilities. Reasonably priced but location isn't the best. Room service and breakfast was a little disappointing.
