To make sure all rooms very clean inside & outside & also toilet in the resort area must be very clean for quest to use. Buffet need to upgrade more too.....

breakfast limited choices
The room was cleaned and im so suprised for a 2bedrooms apartment it is very spacious. The toilet was also very clean and the water heater is working well. Only the mattress was too soft and it about time to give a change. Breakfast was unsatisfactory as there is only limited choices.

Ants and more ants, but when the...
Ants and more ants, but when the garbage doesn't get removed from corridors daily that is what will happen. Full kitchen fridge and all advertised, but sign in kitchen said not allowed to do anything but boil water, no utensils or plates, only cups. disappointing. But...pool very nice, clean on weekdays, very crowded on weekends. Friendly staff at pool were very kind.

Three of us adults plus 2 kids...
Three of us adults plus 2 kids stay at the one bedroom suite with the extra mattress comfortably during the weekend of 19/3/2010. The bedroom size is ok and the hall & kitchen are spacious. The mattress however a bit hard on your back. Unfortunately no kitchen utensils provided for the guests. The view from the 7th floor is quite okay if you choose the tower facing directly toward the sea or you your view may only toward the swimming pools if you get the unit in the tower at the middle. The best part is the hotel is very close to the beach and have a very big nicely maintained garden. The breakfast is okay without much to expect except for those regular kind of breakfast and the breakfast hall is a bit small to cater for big crowd during the peak season. The pool is a big attraction especially for the family with kids although the size a bit small. Overall it is still recommendable for anyone looking for fair value hotel at last minute bargain.

The hotel is almost perfect if not...
The hotel is almost perfect if not because of the service and food. I checked in during dinner time. So feeling tired of driving,i've decided to order the food from the hotel restaurant. Called the restaurant but no one pick-up.call the operator,it too failed. So i decided to go down to the restaurant and ordered my food. The staff asked me to return to my room as they will bring the food up. The presentation of the food is nice. But disappointly the food is not what i expected. It was awful. Hope the management will look into this. Overall the hotel is worth staying in for big family.
