My Review of Grand Lexis Port Dickson
My 3 days 2 nites stay at Grand Lexis was a very enjoyable,fun and memorable one..The hotel staffs were friendly n helpful..Me and my hubby were very impressed the moment we step our feet into the room..The king size bed was decorated wif red and pink rose petals in heart shape..As we r celebrating our wedding anni and my bday on the date of my arrival,seein the rose petals on the bed really suprised me n im very impressed!.. I would like to thank the staffs of Grand Lexis for putting the great afford for the decorations..Thank You..Our private swimming was awesome too! I would strongly recommend Grand Lexis to my family and friends..I definately will return to Grand Lexis for a vacation!..Missin the place already..
Warm welcome by staff
My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly greetings we received from the staff on duty upon our arrival. I would like to commend Mr Khairul Azli in particular, for his kindness, patience and understanding in acceding to my requests. As a result, our two-night stay had been an enjoyable and a comfortable one.
Love it!
The staff were very helpful considering we brought along our 8 month old boy and you can imagine the number of luggage we had! The small swimming pool was also a plus! But the pool is more if a play area though! If you are looking for a bigger pool you get to book the bigger room..the pool is so small that after 2 or 3 strokes, you have reached the other end. We love the bed and the channels offered! But we really hate the stupid sink! The tap is placed so far from the sink that every time yo use the sink, water will flow all around the sink, causing minor flooding most of the time! What's worst the sink is placed beside a microwave oven, so you can imagine the water keep flowing to the direction of the microwave....but apart from that all else is good!
Affordable hotel with swimming pool
My family really loved this place! Especially my small kids who are water crazy....they had fun right in the convenience of our hotel room. Though it's quiet small, but it's convenient for family with water crazy kids, for you don't need to pack anything.....it's right in your hotel room! And the best part is when the sea water level is up..........sometimes you can see small fishes swimming around right below your hotel room floor!
The hotel is not worth the room...
The hotel is not worth the room rates. it is costly stay. isolated location, and does not have clean clear sea water. hotel does not have beach. limited walk ways. only 3-4 english channels, while others not relavant for international travellers. this hotel does not have any nice view or garden. glass panel 2ftx2ft in room and hardly can view anything. moreover no lighting for night view.
