Great place for family
Love the ambience, very family friendly place indeed! My wife love the spas very much!

Nice place but the check in's & out's takes much longer than expected.

Tiring looking hotel
Location of hotel was easy to find. Checked into hotel with minimal fuss. Was promised an english newspaper in the morning but no where to be seen the next day. Swimming pool as big enough with not many people on a weekday, Nothing much outside the hotel. Numerous chinese seafood restaurants along the street but settled for Mexican. Many mosquitoes and flies as place is around many pig farms
Romantic get away - my wife 2011 birthday retreat
Been stayed from 23 July to 24 July 2011. Booked for Standard Room for my lovely wife 2011 birthday retreat. Upon arrival we had given a complimentary room upgrade from Standard Room to Deluxe Room and upon checked out , we only paid for the rate of Standard Room instead of Deluxe Room, due to my wife birthday retreat. The check in time was so fast. The front desk staff was so friendly and polite. She doing the service with courtesy smile. Room was so big with balcony facing the pool side and sea. Beach was so nearby and clean, just a 5 mins walk. If you can't enjoy at the swimming pool you just can picnic at the beach. We had our dinner outside the hotel. For Muslim, we like to recommend dinner for seafood @ Nazreen Seafood just nearby the hotel. We had breakfast in the hotel. The food was good. My wife like the porridge rice there.
Me and my wife like to take this opportunity to thanks the Management especially Ms Arnie Yusnita Jaafar, Reservation Manager and Ms Anisah, the front desk staff for their service.
Overall - we enjoyed our stay at Thistle Resort and will come back to stay there if going to Port Dickson in future. Have a great day ahead !!!.

nice place for relax and getaway frm city life...
It is a nice place to stay with beach just nearby. However, when we were there, there was a bulldozer working which created a lot of noise and also dangerous. Overall, the comment is good.
Enjoyable stay
It has been an enjoyable stay at thistle and I will definitely return to stay there. The size of the double bed can accommodate my little one and my hubby.
The check in queue was quite slow but the attitude of the service staff is good.
