BAD SERVICES.
The service here is very bad. On the first day, i have to wait for half an hour just to get your staff to go up to our room(Blk E, Room E7-3), to help us open the door as it can't be open. We have gone down to ask fer help 3 times before your staff come n help us. when the door can't be open, we still have to wait abit longer just to get us transfered to another room(Blk C, Room C6-8). This is truly unacceptable as we are customer but still have to wait fer long time for your staff to take action. The Room C6-8 is in a very bad condition where the sink tap water is leaking n cause the kitchen area is wet. We have inform your staff and they promised to ask people to check on it but ended up no one. The knob of the door for the toilet in the master bedroom is spoilt. It is inconvenience for us as we need to look the door when we are in the toilet. For the second day, when we come back to our room, our door can't be opened. When i when over ask ask the staff the reason the door can't be opened, they thought and say that we already checked out whereas, we have still one more day in the room. We are occuring too much problem while we are there. All your staff is not professional and not efficient in solving all our problem. Your staff have not help in solving all our problem while we are there. This is truly unacceptable. How to do business as your customer are not being satisfied with their services and are not enjoyed while staying there?? Your company must do somthing about this. I don't think i will come again there while we are there for holiday. This is a bad ever experience we ever had in your Resort.
