The resort is strategically located 5 minutes from the to the heart of Putrajaya administrative centre, 30 minutes drive from the bright lights of Kuala Lumpur and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Sepang. The hotel opened in August 1995 and was one of the pioneering hotels in the area while Putrajaya was in its inception.

Golf enthusiast will find the 27-hole golf course at Palm Garden Golf Club, adjacent to the hotel simply convenient to polish their golfing skills. The Golf Club and hotel combined also offer full club facilities such as children and adult lap swimming pools, steam bath and Jacuzzi, children playground, snooker and pool room, massage room, reading room, squash and tennis courts, ping pong table, playroom and gymnasium.

The surroundings are very nice outside as you enter the driveway upto the hotel. The reception area is clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant on arrival although it did take some time for them to confirm
