Very Clean Hotel
My overall feeling and experience to this hotel is very clean, spacious room and good location with easy accessible to convenient shops in town
As my room was located at top floor i.e 8th floor, the noise was disturbing when heavy rain at mid night, probably the sound could be generated from metal roof.

Excellent customer service - the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location - quiet, but only a short walk to the waterfront shops, restaurants and markets. The rooms were nothing too exciting, but clean.
The rooms was very dirty and unacceptable.More I can not tell to you,the bedclothing was full sweat stains and urine steans.

I really enjoyed my stay at this...
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location and the personnel is really friendly and prompt in helping the guests. They are reniewing also some rooms (but they start to make noise not before 9a.m.) The breakfast is simple but there is a sufficient variety of food (expecially malaysian food)

Convenient location within walking distance to town, waterfront, restaurants etc. Very close to the tourist information centre, would recommend this centre for assistance in planning day trips and travel. Very helpful staff, saved us a fortune on daytrips.

A reasonable hotel. Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Wireless internet access available or the office has one computer guests can use to access the web. Cost is RM5 for half an hour - NOTE cheaper/better value for money to venture to the cypercafe located on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre next door, where it costs RM3 for 1 hour.

We booked a Junior suite for USD80...
We booked a Junior suite for USD80 and were upgraded to an Executive Suite which was the best they had. The location is very central but the rooms are very tired and in need of a good refurb. OK for a quick overnight stop.
