This hotel was really good. It was conveinent to everything and lovely views over the water from the window in the room. The rooms were nice and clean. All was great.

Really Impressed! The hotel is new and so of course are the facilities. It is right on the waterfront and there are plenty of places to eat there too. It is nice and quiet and the service was good. The room is quite small but still has a view of the water with all facilities you need. The staff are really willing to help. I would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely sea view room, freshly decorated and had all the necessary facilities. Hotel situated in good position in town and lovely restaurant on water front. Management most eager to provide excellent service and we would definitely stay there again. Within walking distance to bus stations and ferries. Good taxi service ATM's convenient. Ideal if you want to visit Sepilok Orang-utan Rehabilitation Centre and the Rainforest Centre nearby,get No. 14 Bus from bus station opposite naval base - good information centre in town -see map.

Great location and friendly staff. Tours recommended by the hotel are not competitvely priced. Rooms are small but clean with good air conditioning. They could do better catering for families with Children. The breakfast was also a bit lacking. Overall a good place

The location was great, being around the corner from the main road. The staff were friendly and the room was immaculate. I would definitely stay at the Swiss Inn in Sandakan again.

The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. Attention to detail with their work and helpful in assisting us during our stay. All the rooms were in different floors and all with the Sulu Sea view. It was beautiful to see, especially in the early morning and evening. The rooms and bathrooms are all clean and did show a need for deeper cleaning. Housekeeping and Laundry were excellent. Breakfast was a bit of a smaller scale and the variety of food might not be to the taste for Westerners. The Asian breakfast is a bit lacking too. The restaurant facing the sea has beautiful food and good staff. The Cable TV has excellent selections. The taxi guys outside the Inn were friendly to bring you around. Near to shops, local cafes and a good massage place just in the next building.Thanks for a wonderful stay. Thumbs up and keep up the good work. Will stay there again if i am in Sandakan.
