I have stayed hotel park view. Experience was very excelent. Infornt of hotel main road was present and the hotel is very close to sandakan city. per night cost was very comfortable.

Very bad, dirty.door can not lock, electric break out. Finally have to change hotel and paid RM20.00.
Decent little hotel, just a bit far out of town if you are walking at night
Our stay didn't start well as they had no record of our booking - not sure if this was their problem or Asia Rooms problem. Anyway it was all sorted out reasonably quickly. The room itself was fine, it was pretty clean. Shame the bathroom wasn't just quite as clean but we have been backpacking for months so it was perfectly acceptable for us. The free wifi is great and the hotel staff are friendly. Only downside is that it is a 20 min walk from the town centre - not a problem at all during the day but at night there no street lights and the pavements are very poor or non existent. Overall a pretty decent budget option to be fair.

We stayed in a lot of hotels and these people are so incredible friendly. They helped us with everything they could.
The room is quite okay. You have your own bathroom, tv and a desk. Also the bed is good!
If you do not expect a 5 star hotel for the cheap price, you will enjoy.
Location is 10 minutes walk to towncentre or just jump in every bus.
