Room size was OK. No Pay TV, very limited English channels. Food was not interesting at all, puked out most of the stuff in fact and had to return back home and take some medicine to get rid of the troublesome tummy. Seems there is a taxi scam going on. any taxi is not ready to go by meter from the hotel - or if they are, they demand 2 ringgit booking charges and 2 ringgit waiting charges - this when they are neither booked nor is there any provision for waiting charges as per local laws. Difficult to get taxis even, for this hotel as they will typically ask for cover charge (extra money apart from meter if they go by meter). Service was courteous but a lot of improvements could be done on the entertainment options and internet speed in the rooms.

The door staff were really welcoming & check in was quite a breeze. Room & bathroom size is good and clean. Maybe the hotel could provide bathrobes. TV size is a tad small. The international buffet is good. Value for money yes.

Built-in hair-dryer needs to be replaced. Took long time for hair to dry and handle was too hot to hold.
Breakfast was ok but somehow service is lacking. Really needs improvement.We were not being escorted to our table; we had to even get the service staff to set the table for us. Hope to see improvement in this area in my next stay with Eastin.

Everything is all good in the hotel, except the internet fee charges (either hotel provided or Wi-Fi one) are way too expensive, 38~ 40RM/per day! While I might only need to use one or two hours per time, the price seems to be the same.
