Ok experience
I stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel is nice and clean but i wasn't too happy with the service in particular when my booking for a king size bed was changed to double bed although the booking was accepted earlier. When asked I was told the rooms with king size bed was full. I think the hotel should honor all the early bookings rather than just accept them and change the arrangement without informing. Also was very surprised that for such a 4/5 star hotel, internet service is chargeable. Before checking in to this hotel, I was at Koh Samui, Thailand for a week and the 2 hotels i stayed in Samui offers free Wi-Fi service. I traveled a lot and it saddens me whenever a hotel charges for internet as this could be a turn-off for visitors especially with family. I could have missed this or assumed wrongly else will surely avoid hotels that charges for internet.
