Great for an overnight or between flights
Awesome Hotel!!! Very modern. We got in at 10pm and left 735am next morning. If it wasn't for our flight we would have stayed another night!
Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Had all your basics ready to be used!
15mins from airport and make sure you call hotel upon arrival to be picked up for only 15MYR per person. Taxis will charge you 50 MYR!

This hotel covered what I was looking for - somewhere clean to stay for 1 night, close to KL airport. Not somewhere to stay for any length of time but reasonable value for money. The hotel is located approx. 1 hour outside KL city centre and the only way to get there is by taxi which can be very expensive. Good services are available to both KLIA and LCCT however.
Would stay hotel again as there are no frig in room and they charge me for ice bucket to keep drinks cool, taxis out the front hotel tried rip me off for money there better hotels in KL for price
It will be good if the hotel can provide in house spa & massage.
Not so nice
hotel dirty, tv chanel are poor and nothing around, the evening around the airport is pretty poor, take a good book!
Transit KL
A comfortble and suprisingly clean hotel. From Kuala Lumpur airport its 15 km and i9km from low cost carrier terminal, so you need to spend $$ on a taxi. Not cheap but not too expensive. Suitable for a night or two. I used it for transiting KL.
Empress
This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it's located in the middle of a very rough area and was ripped off by the taxi service that works in the reception area, don't use them. They are called AJS (Asia Travel & Tours Sdn.Bhd)
Room was dirty, food awful and would never stay there again. Fortunately, our next nights stop in KL at the Dorsett Regency almost made up for the dreadful experience at the Empress.

it was ok to stay..
it wasn't bad at all.. i recommend to those who hv early flight to stay here.. the shuttle van took almost 20-25mins to arrive at the airport that cost only rm15..
if u stay 4 a holiday n want 2 shop, it is not a good idea since it is very far away from the city n shopping mall

Value For Money
My stay in Empress was excellent. Will stay again in the near future.
