Its a nice hotel in pleasant surroundings, the rooms arent wonderful but the bed was comfortable, the room clean and it had all the things you need. Breakfast was very good and the internet connection in the room worked just fine. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Having lived in KL for two years...
Having lived in KL for two years about three years ago we had second thoughts. However, we were greeted on a daily basis by ALL the staff and made to feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the Teppanaki, gourmet pizza, happy hour drinks and relaxing. Our son had a great time fishing and playing ball in the pool. We did not get to play golf nor did we take the boat out in the lake. We plan to come to KL again on route to Redang in July so intend on coming again (with our friends this timeJ). Thanks for your great hospitality and keep up the good work.

We stayed at the deluxe room, the bathroom was huge! They have rollaway beds for kids FOC! Only grouse is the prices of the food in the restaurants. We had the Japanese Brunch on Sunday, it was expensive MYR73.00 per pax, the food were cold, overcooked and their service was very bad. :(

Overall room was good, quite comfortable to be in. Convenient parking next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, wide selection. Only thing is no complementary internet access in room which by today's standard most hotels in Malaysia already have this as a standard facility. Whatmore to call this hotel a business hotel, with no free internet access.

I generally enjoyed my stay at Saujana hotel very much. However, I must note that I was a tad bit disappointed with the service of the hotel staff. I understand I stayed during a festive season but I was disappointed to see the reception counter empty on several occasions when I wanted to enquire about something. Other than this, the accommodation was absolutely fantastic and I do see myself visiting the hotel again for my holiday.

i) Arrived past midnight, realized no cold water from the tap. it was quickly rectified though.
ii) blackout for 5 hours during the last night of stay.
iii) woke up to find out there is no water supply. nearly missed my flight.
in summary, service is alright but their rooms need some serious renovation. too run down. can't find a reason to stay there again.

Lovely old school hotel. Stayed here when...
Lovely old school hotel. Stayed here when it used to be the Hyatt. Rooms are Ok, sort of 5 star in the 70's, but could do with a significant up grade. Acceptable for a night or two. Pool is great and the hotel is right next to a golf course. My biggest headache at this hotel was the unfriendly staff. I always felt like every request was of such an inconvenience to them. A low star hotel can be wonderful with great staff, and a high star hotel can be ruined by bad, ungracious staff. Also they bumped my room rate up 25% because of a golf tournament, but when I got there I found the tournament had ended the day before, and the hotel was practically empty. So a little opportunistic price gouging. I don't plan to stay here again.
