Fantastic value for money
This is my first time staying in a suite in Malaysia and I must say the experience was great. The room is large, comfortable and well decorated.
Room service was very good and prompt.
All hotel service staff were friendly and helpful.
Our request to extend slightly check out was accommodated.
There were a few minor things about the room that were not up to par
- shower hose in the bath tub had a leak
- no knife to cut the fruits
- drink service at the pool was very slow
- bath tub foam did not lather well
The Chinese restaurant at the ground floor had excellent food.
The masseuse I had gave me the best massage treatment I've ever had.
For the money, I think this is about as good as it gets.
In Singapore one would only get a standard room in a 4 star hotel for this price. For example Carlton, Furama, Holiday Inn, M Hotel.

2nd stay in One World Hotel
It was our 2nd stay here n hotel rooms were big enough for family of 4/5 with its double queen beds. We had a connecting king bed room with double queen for 4 adults n 3 toddlers. Gd choices of food for breakfast n rooms are clean with comfortable beds. However it was quite disappointing that a dirty left over sock fm previous guest was found on the sofa chair this stay. Convenient One U Shopping jus next door, overall another gd stay for my family.
Improve Room Clealiness
There is stain on bed sheet;complained to front desk. The good point is the housekeeper respond in less than 5 minutes to change the bed sheet.

Excellent location and great beds
Spent all our time at 1 Utama shopping mall next door and got to try all types of cuisine for lunch and dinner, besides the great shopping. Breakfast at hotel was excellent. Our deluxe room came with two queen-sized beds...mattresses, pillows and bolsters were very comfortable as compared to many other hotels that we have stayed before. Will definitely stay again next time.
Great Service
Really nice room, wonderful service, especially check out and valet. Only issue was the mini-bar was a little poor and the bar very quiet. But overall, a great hotel and good experience.
They gave us a cot and single bed for our kids, were very helpful
Nice Hotel
It's a very nice 5 star hotel next to a big shopping mall, Utama 1. Very convenient for meals and shopping.
