Value for Money Hotel
The staff of the hotel is exceptionally helpful and very very service oriented. I had excellent stay there. Upgrade to newly renovated rooms is really not worth.
Memorable Stay
I had a memorable stay at PJ Hilton and was very memorable. The room was very spacious and I had a comfortable stay throughtout. The room was very well maintained and is very clean. The ambience was excellent. I would highly recommend others to stay in this hotel for leisure or business in the future.
This was probably the worst Hilton hotel we have stayed in...room's were dated and found them dirty. The hotel is being renovated this year which is long overdue. However, the food at the hotel is of a high standard and the room was cheap but it does let down the Hilton Brand
a bit far from the city, but on the other hand it is next to the train station ( Asia Paya station) 15 min to KL central.
This is very high quality hotel, the only negative thing about it is the distance from Kuala lumpur city is a bit too far but in general this is great value for money, breakfast is great with a lot of variety of foods, I will stay here again if I come to Malaysia.
Not worth it
run down, swimming pool was closed for 'maintenance'
1) I suggest more staff at the check-in counter. Is the hotel under-staff?
