The Paradise Island in North Male Atoll, Maldives
Five star Paradise Island resort (local name Lankanfinolhu opened in 1994) is located in North Male’ Atoll, only 9.6km from the Male International Airport. Paradise Island is 1km long and 230 meters wide and has beach all around with an excellent marine life. As soon as you arrive in Maldives at Male’ International Airport, visit the Villa Hotels Counter where they will assist you with your onward transfer journey to Paradise Island. Paradise Island has 220 beach bungalows and 40 over water villas. Beach bungalows are built just on the beach few meters away from the seashore, while water villas are built on stilts of the lagoon. All 220 beach rooms have sea view and direct access to the beach. All water villas have private sun deck and staircase to the lagoon.
There are 5 restaurants, they are Italian restaurant, seafood restaurant, Japanese restaurant, coffee shop, these restaurants are open round the clock except Japanese restaurant which regularly opens at all meal times unless requested by guests. All your prepaid meals will be served in main restaurant, these meals will be served on buffet. We also have 5 bars which serves a number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and varieties of cocktails.
In addition the coffee shop and bar serve a variety of a larcarte meals and drinks round the clock. In addition to the above depending on the choice of clientele, open air barbecue or a Maldivian Night is a common thing.
The Hotel takes pleasure to offer a bottle of Champagne & fruit basket for honeymooners and also for clients who celebrate their silver and golden wedding anniversaries; and a cake plus bottle of wine for birthdays celebrated with us. Repeaters will also be provided with a bottle of wine & a fruit basket.
When the sun is down, disco into the night, or small talk time away curled on a chair on the picturesque open air deck with stars above and islands beckoning across the sea. There is also a karaoke facilities.
A full range of excursion are also organized by the hotel including full and half day island hopping, Male’ shopping, snorkeling trip for different location, photo flights, picnics, deep sea fishing, night fishing.
