THE XARA PALACE RELAIS & CHATEAUX is a fabulous late 17th century property uniquely located within the historic, noble and silent city of Mdina, the old capital city of Malta. The hotel building forms part of the medieval bastions that surround Mdina.

The Xara Palace is located just a few metres from the main entrance of the walled historical city of Mdina and opened its doors to receive its first guests on the 1st May 1999. As a guest you will have the privilege of staying in one of seventeen individually designed suites / rooms imbued with unique features and decorated with period pieces as well as original paintings by renowned Maltese and International artists.
