In 1999, attracted by the charm of Essaouira, Mari and Rosko left La Rochelle (twinned city with Essaouira) for this house of the XVIIIeme century of an old Moroccan family. During two years, they totally restored it.

In 2010, it is time to retire! Mari and Rosko confide then their "baby" to a young French-Dutch couple, native of the Toulousian region: Aurélie and Ingmar. Parents of a girl Lila, too had the very favorite for Mogador (first name of Essaouira), then for Riad Marosko.

Placed in the heart of the medina (completely pedestrian), near the door "Bab Marrakech", in a quiet district, in 5 minutes on foot of the beach, the souks, the restaurants, the coffees, this hosts' house has 7 rooms(chambers). Distributed on three levels, they possess each a lounge, a shower-room with shower and toilets, decorated in the warm colors of the tadelakt.

Some of them are mini suites with mezzanines which can welcome up to 5 or 6 persons.
Since the terraces it is very pleasant to have breakfast under the sun, either since the solarium to relax and to discover all the city and its neighborhood (beach, island of Mogador, the port, the forest and the neighbouring hills).
