Hotel Gastronomique De Echoput is a "preferred" hotel by two-Michelin-star restaurant De Leest in Vaassen. De Echoput is only fifteen minutes away from this culinary oasis of chef-owner Jacob Jan Boerma. We will be happy to help you make reservations for this already world famous restaurant.Although our first focus is on the culinary entertainment of our guests, we also offer various luxury facilities to our leisure guests. We have a beautifully designed indoor swimming pool with outside terrace, a sauna, fitness room and indoor putting green. Close by are different golf courses and an impressive wellness centre. There are impressive hiking and biking routes in the royal forests around us, which start right at our hotel. You are welcome to enjoy the world of De Echoput.
Hotel Gastronomique is also an attractive business hotel as it is situated in the middle of Holland, a few minutes away from highway A1. The modern air-conditioned rooms and suites are very comfortable; they have a nice spot for working and are very spacious. So are the bathrooms. All rooms have their own balcony and look out on the old trees. Aside from the fine dining restaurant De Echoput, there also is an informal bistro & wine bar, Flavours and a library to receive your guests.
