My comment is we were not really impressed with the room.It should not be classed as 4 star rating.Our bathroom linen was not replaced on one occision.

Please refer to your booking confirmation number 16448878AR regarding nightly rate,we were confirmed $119.00 per night,I do not know why we were charged $122.00 per night plus car parking fees of $7.50 per night.
Refer to receipt number 02105 dated 1st December 2011 to which i paid cash in NZ dollars of $777.00.
