Welcome to 48 Grovenor Boutitque B&B. Located in the charming seaside village of Orewa on the scenic Hibiscus Coast, just 30 minutes drive from Auckland city.
Situated on the hills above Orewa with stunning views of the beach, Whangaparoa Peninsular, and the islands of the Hauraki Gulf.

Included in tarriff is our cooked/continental breakfast, afternoon tea with homebaked biscuits, plus a complimentary bottle of wine/beer on arrival. Tea and coffee making facilities. and laundry facilities available.

Your Queen or Twin bed configured bedroom is a spacious west-facing room which gets lots of sun in the afternoon. It faces out onto our potager garden. Only one booking at a time is accepted.

Take time to relax in the garden off your bedroom which has garden seating and table and chairs.
Your bedroom has a flat screen TV, dual electric blankets, large wardrobe with drawers, luggage rack, bedside lamps and clock/radio.
Robes are provided.
Spacious private bathroom with hairdryer, spa bath, and shower. Your room is serviced daily free of charge if required.
Free WiFi.
Your own lounge has a sound & DVD system,. Sky TV, gas fireplace & is for your personal use, opening out on to a patio deck with loungers and cafe table & chairs, with sweeping views over Orewa suburbs and coast.

We are only a short walk to Orewa beach, & a 5 minute drive into central Orewa. Dine at any of the large selection of cafes, restaurants, bistros, or bring takeaways back with you. A fun option is fish & chips on the beach.
There's a number of great attractions on our doorstep.
