Wonder place to stay if your straight...
Wonder place to stay if your straight off the plane. Great setting- peacful & if you get a room over looking the gardens (with a balcony )even better. Walk through the botanics gardens- its worth the time it takes to get into the centre (20mims)

the hotel was lovely it provided many...
the hotel was lovely it provided many different facilities, and seemed to be good for conferences, as there were plently of people there for that reason. The hotel itself it quite a way out of town, approximately and 25 minute walk into the centre. However there is a free shuttle bus that is provided by the hotel, but it does not run past 8pm. Otherwise it is perfect.

Good value for money, especially if you...
Good value for money, especially if you love the Hagley Park. The casino provides free shuttle, and the hotel reception is willing to help call it for you. However, it is a bit away from the town centre. I will consider another hotel next time because the taxi fare to town is rather high.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens, superb food served in the somewhat bland restaurant, overall a fine hotel at a very reasonable price; highly recommended.

Have stayed here twice and have been...
Have stayed here twice and have been quite happy both times. Outstanding customer service and facilities. Rooms clean and aircon works well. Will definetly stay here again!
