Addington City Motel is a 5 minute walk to the CBS Canterbury Arena and the Addington Raceway.

**** Being a Single Storey Motel with no nearby buildings to fall on us we had NO damage. So is a safe motel from that angle. We are operating as normal.****

We are the closest ground floor level only motel to the Railway Station and we offer a Courtesy Shuttle Service to and from the station. (For TranzAlpine and TranzCoastal Trips.)

Pioneer Stadium, AMI Stadium, Christchurch Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Hillmorton Hospital, Hagley Park, Westfield Shopping Mall and the Netball Courts are nearby and we are only 100m from local restaurants and bars.

Christchurch City Centre is a just 2.5 Km away. Bus stops are close to the motel and run into the city and back every 15 minutes.

The Airport is just a 15 minute drive.

There is a free courtesy shuttle to and from the Casino in the City Centre. (Provided by Christchurch Casino.)

Our fully equipped spacious well equipped 2 - room units are on the ground floor with under cover parking. Set in well established gardens, there is a 'home from home' atmosphere.

The motel units are away from the main road and there are no upstairs motel units ensuring that you have quiet surroundings.

Let your children enjoy the safe playground (with netted safety trampoline.) While the adults relax in the secluded BBQ area.

We have additional parking space for campervans, vans, small buses, trailers, horse floats and medium sized elephants etc. And if you need a rental car, we can arrange them with discounted rates for our motel guests.

We have a detached house that sleeps up to 12 people. It has fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, fan oven, microwave, 2 bathrooms and a BBQ courtyard.
