Nice, clean apartment with some cooking facilities (electric hotplate and bbq), close to city of Christchurch (altho much of it is still shut down) but within walking distance to a pub, cafe, supermarket etc. Close to roads leading out of the city making for nice day trips to Akaroa, Hamner Springs etc
