Good place to stay for one night if you are planning to take a flight early the next morning.

We only used this hotel for a single night before catching a flight. For that purpose we found it very good and much better than the description gave it credit for. It is close to the airport, provides good meals and the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is modern, clean and represents very good value for money. An ideal place to stay before or after a flight.

Excellent hotel, just only 5 min walking...
Excellent hotel, just only 5 min walking from the Auckland Airport to the hotel, I have stayed here several times. The room was really spacious and tastefully decorated. There was a balcony offered a bueautiful scenery of the town. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel, it was well worth for your time and money.

Jet Inn very is conveniently located 5 min from Auckland International and Domestic Airport Terminals, and only 15 km from Downtown Auckland, yet borders the countryside. The room was well equipped and clean. the hotel staffs were nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel, it was a convenient place to stay.
Being a airport hotel I was not...
Being a airport hotel I was not expecting a lot. Was greatly surprised. Was a modern hotel with very nice facilities. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. Out of 7 different hotels I stayed at throughout New Zealand this was the only one which offered keyless entry. The staff was very attentive and willing to help. The restuarant atmosphere and food were excellent. If needing a place to stay would recommend without hestiation.
Just one negative comment. My partner and I found the ventilation quite inadequate for the rating of the Hotel. I was quite surprised to find no airconditioned accomodation, and I expected that for the price paid

Well presented facilities, good service, a warm welcome, although a bit of trust on check-out would have been good (If I say that I didn't use the mini bar please don't rush me up to the room and check, it would have saved lots of apologies and you did have my credit card?) I have never had that happen before, is it common practise in NZ?
Other than that, it was a good place to stay and I would return.
