Built in 2006, LakeRidge Condos have expansive lake and mountain views and a luxury fitout. The 8 condos are located an easy 5 minute walk to town. Each has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garage, full laundry and sleeps a total of 6 guests. The main living area is open plan and includes a modern kitchen with a commercial oven and cooktop. There is plenty of bench space for cooking and entertaining whilst overlooking the scenic vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. There is also a balcony with tables and chairs for outside wining and dining. There is a spa bath to relax in after a day in the outdoors. A 50% deposit is taken and is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival with a cancellation fee of 25% of your total booking (this equates to 50% of your deposit). The deposit is non refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the first night of the booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 0 - 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. If cancelled 31+ days in advance 50% of the deposit is charged.
