friendly, courteous and accommodating staff.. rooms are clean but small in size. There are two things that i would like to emphasize though.. plated breakfast are so poor in (serving) size. you would only be served 1/4 cut of a small sized whole daing na bangus. corned beef was likewise served on a very small portion that would only fit a child.
secondly, i was a little dismayed about the hot and cold water. i was about to take a bath around 9 am when i found out that the control (main) of hot n cold water was still off. i have to go out of the bathroom and call the front desk officer about it. i hope they know that guests usually take a bath in the morning so there is no need for us to remind them about that. i hope they understand the inconvenience it gave me. anyway, one thing good about them was they were humble enough to admit their mistake.
i would be willing to be back in this hotel provided these observations will be corrected.
