This hotel is very basic and the service is awful but cost is far more than I was paying for a variety of 4star hotels in Manila - stay away! We were the only ones checking in but it still took 30mins to get processed and up to our room The staff told us that the restaurants in the area were closed after 10pm so we ordered room service. Over an hour later (after calling reception to find out what was going on) the food finally arrived, all the dishes were cold and 3 of the 4 dishes didn't get near their description on the menu anyway ... I have had significantly better accommodations, service, and food from budget hotels when backpacking around Asia. Do not stay here.

The hotel sits quietly in a progressive city and conveniently located beside a great mall. The staff are very courteous and professional. It's humble appointments readily provide for one's basic needs. Staying in this hotel is a must in your itinerary when visiting Batangas for whatever affair. It's worth every penny spent... and more.
