A very clean hotel, nicely furnished and the staff where very helpfull and friendly.
We had a nice stay last July...
We had a nice stay last July 4 - 5 with regard to the room though the AC was not perfect. We have tried the room service dining but I did not like the way the pasta was cooked. Location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the airport and town center. One thing we did not like on the night of July 4, there was a party downstairs and it was very noisy. We were looking forward to a quiet night but did not turn out that way. However, the party ended before midnight. Breakfast was quite good. Over all, not a bad money's worth. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience staying in Venezia Hotel. I stayed there last August of 2008 with my daughter who is very particular and very picky with her bed and beddings.
They have a very soft bed and in my room I have 2 full size bed and their beddings is made of Egyptian cotton and their pillow is made of down pillow. I know this quality because I only use good quality materials for my beddings and bed. This hotel has done excellent job to impressed and I am actually recommending this hotel to all my friends who will visit the area of Legazpi City.
I was very impressed with the quality of service we had received and not only that the room has all modern convenience and ammenities it also have, LCD HD T.V, keyless entry using computerized key card, very clean and the the bathroom has appropiate space for a bathroom.
After I stayed in Venezia, Legaspi City , I went to Manila and I stayed in Heritage HOtel and this hotel is a nightmare hotel. THis hotel stinks like a cigarettes oven and I left after one night stay. The next day I stayed in Renaissance HOtel and this hotel their bed has a twin size which is too small for me and their beddings is so awful and I can't believe that these two hotels were rated 5 star which is for me only 3 star or just like a motel room which is so disguisting.
Anyhow,I really like the service that I received in Venezia and I will be definitely will be staying there on my next trip to Legazpi City.
