The staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciated...
The staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciated for their quick email response regarding our stay arrangement and the shuttle services between pier & resort. It is a rather quiet place to stay but you could see a lot stars at night. Their swimming pool faces the sea directly. The security is rather strong here as well.

Very nice hotel with great facilities, beautiful...
Very nice hotel with great facilities, beautiful gardens and pool. The restaurant was nice, be relatively expensive. Even though it was a nice location, the only was of getting in and out of the hotel was by the hotel car and taxis - which was expensive (taxis charge the meter x2 for Panglao Is). But overall we had a most enjoyable time at the resort.

The room is small for the price...
The room is small for the price and the air con was blowing the air directly at the at bed. The gradens and pool is very nice. We also liked the restaurant.

Nice hotel still under construction jan 2006....
Nice hotel still under construction jan 2006. I dont have any complaint about the hotel or the staff. It was on the quiet side and not really busy but better priced than its compitation

i visited this place last september '06...
i visited this place last september '06 with 11 of my friends from UK..nice place, clean, quiet, very serene..nice garden, infinity pool..rooms are clean, as well as the bathrooms..A+ for the service..receptionists, servers, drivers were very accomodating and always greets you with their sweet smile..food is ok..we were there weekdays so we were not able to get the buffet due to few visitors that time..bands do play during weekends as well, if there are loads of visitors..this place is good if you want a quality time with your family, VERY PRiVATE, good place for honeymooners..the only thing though is that it's far from other resorts.. i hope to visit this place next time hopefully , when the entire resort is already finished..
