In general we absolutely enjoyed our stay at the resort! Very friendly and helpful staff.
The quality of food can be improved as well the waiting time after you ordered takes to long sometimes.

Friendly
Small resort, with oportunities. Good comunicated. Really nice Hotel, with good manager.
Very accommodating staff
The staff were very accommodating. We practically had the place to ourselves as it was just past the peak season. The location was a little off as it was not beach front but they provided free rides to and from the beach. Nice, quiet place.
Need some improvement
We had a great time in this resort. The only things that the resort should look at are the following:
1. The breakfast is very limited and no fruits at all that includes in breakfast.. I dont think that it cost that much to add fruits. Also the jams in the jars are good but very unhygienic since there is no individual spoon for it and guest uses their own knife or whatever utensils. When you have kids you are not sure if they didn't lick the utensils first before they scoop inside the jam. Better be giving a scoop of a couple of jam or marmalade than service like that.
2. No laundry service in the resort. For guest like us who stayed almost a week and dont know where to wash cloths is hard. Were offer to help to bring in Tagbilaran but after half an hour driver left without telling anything. End up we have to find ourselves a place to wash.
3. Had issues with out shower that took more than 5 hrs to fix. Although we went for a nap after we have found out it was not working no one bother to knock the door to fix it. Had to ask trice to come and fix or we will change room.
4. Information about diving is posted but none of the staff knows about it. Took 2 days to be able to get some information about it.
5. Rented a scooter and the start button not working. Was informed that one of the guest broke it. But thats not the point it should be fix before another guest use it..

Really good service, all the staff there are nice and helpful,
As we forgot to bring the luggage at the port, they help us to get back. They help to arrange the pick up to whereever,like alona beach, and nearby beach,etc. The place is a little bit far away from beach, but it is quite and peaceful.

Real Retreat
great place to be if you're looking for privacy, away from crowds and maddening traffic.
Staff were attentive and friendly. Best of all they leave you alone unless approached. Super clean area.
Choice of food could have been better though.

a pleasant stay..
I had a great stay at dream native. The servers and the people there are so nice, accomodating and always attentive to your needs. They always greet you with a smile. They will go out of there way just to give you the best service that they can offer. Thumbs up...

Real great staff there when ever you need something. Always a smile on their face. Very friendly specially the owners. They pick u up at airport and make sure that you have everything you need. Awesome pool great place for honey mooner.

The owners Enrico & Juliet plus their staff went extra mile in making sure our stay will be a memorable one. A place to relax, 24 hrs security, complimentary transfer, clean kitchen(foodsafe). Very nice and cozy interior room arrangements. We recommend that you arrange the local tour with them( dollar value + safety ). We highly recommend this resort to all our friends...we will be back...thanks
