Very nice hotel, very good location in...
Very nice hotel, very good location in the middle of station 2. If you stay here, you are really in the center of the beach and nightlife entertainment. Stuff are very friendly, rooms are clean. Some rooms have really not a good view coz neighbours buildings are very close to the hotel, but this you don´t know in advance. Rooms on the frontside have an excellent view to the sea but these rooms are more expensive. All in all, i would stay there again any time.

We stayed at the Red Coconut for 6 nights. I found the staff very friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and there was nothing wrong with the water pressure. The next time i stay i will make sure i book a room at the front with a balcony. One other thing i liked the hotel keep the vendors out of their beach area which i found to be peaceful.

We had a garden view room. The room was average, the taps and water pressure were a bit disappointing but the friendliness of the staff made our stay worthwhile. They were all very polite, helpful and accomodating. Thanks to Kaye and all her staff. Tony and Antony

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated right in he heart of White Beach near shopping and nightlife. It is quite affordable and you get what you pay for. The room was average at best and the bathroom was terrible, probably the lowest water pressure in a shower that I have ever seen. If you are there to party and you just want a place to crash then this is the place for you. The staff at the hotel were very nice.

My stay was in a superior garden view room, this doesn't mean better facilities, it's just a larger room. It is totally different from the main hotel, much poorer quality. Unless you asked each day, your room wouldn't be serviced. There is no tea making facilities in the room, although each morning a flask of hot water and some coffee sachets were left outside the room. There is also no room safe or outside phone line, which are quite basic requirements these days. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to D'Mall and station 2 is were most of the restauants are. The breakfast in the hotel are not very good, so I would recommend not paying for this but to eat at one of the many other places very close by. Most of the staff are very friendly and try to accommodate your requests. All in all my stay there was good, but not so special, although Boracay is an amazing holiday resort with plenty of water sports to participate in and not expensive, this hotel is close to everything, this is the best thing about it.

I really enjoyed this hotel. At first I was worried, because we had "Garden View" which was a walk down an ally, but it turned out to be quite lovely and still close to the beach. The food is average, but it is very close to D'Mall and lots of other restaurants. The pool is small, and there really isn't anywhere to 'lounge' around it, but I was there for the beach anyway. Every run in we had with staff was positive. They were always polite and accommodating. My only complaint was the water pressure. It took a good 10 min. of running the shower before we got hot water, and then the pressure was so low.

It is really a convenient location and lots of restaurants around the hotel. However, I found some small strange friends in my room, included mouse, frog and mosquito. Therefore, I suggest please don't book the ground floor room if you want stay alone.

My friends and I arrived early to...
My friends and I arrived early to Boracay and therefore had several nights to find lodging before our reservation at Red Coconut. We had no difficulty doing this, and were surprised at some of the very reasonable rates. We began to assume that the Red Coconut must be an amazing resort for the price we were paying. We arrived to our triple room at Red Coconut to find that is was of equal quality, if not lower, than the room we had just come from for one third of the price, and in the same general location. The staff at Red Coconut was kind and as accomodating as they could possibly be. Thank goodness for them, otherwise I think the three of us would have been on a rampage. We all felt very ripped off. Our standard room was hidden in the very back of the resort - very separated from the rest of Red Coconut. We had to literally walk down a dark alley to get to and from out location. Again, the staff is was very kind and offered an escort - but for the money that we paid to stay at this resort - we were all apalled at it's basic ammenities, ant-filled room, leaky and practically removeable bathroom faucet, faulty air-con, and hidden away, off the beach location. Long story short - I HIGHLY recommend doing some shopping around on WHite Beach. There is absolutely no shortage of places to stay. Red Coconut has an exterior that looks nice - but we were not impressed at the interior - and we are not people who hang out in our room except to shower and sleep. The location is consider to be good because of its proximity to D'Mall and other resorts and restaurants, but it is also located in the loudest part of White Beach - and yes, you can hear the beat from the Bom, Bom Bar. Again - shop around!
