Booked a beach view room , but did not get it. Also breafast service was substandard , 30 mins delay , food was cold and staff did not understand English.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights, three days just last week (28 - 30 July 2010). Firstly I have to say I was impressed with the way every person I came in contact with conducted themselves; Front Desk were friendly and helpful, the house keeping attendants, the food and bar staff, the transfer guys, the pool/beach guys
