two years ago we stayed first time at erus and it was absolutely ok.
now its a disaster, not clean, unfriendly, stinky, damaged, rusted etc. we never used
the booked breakfast but the last day we had breakfast and then
i had to pay extra for a second tea !!!. i booked also airport Transport
and then instead the car a trycycle was coming ! we never never
use erus suite hotel anymore !!
I had an upgraded room. PROS: The room was overall nice, fairly large and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with quick service. Staff was always friendly and helpful. CONS: Away from the beach (5 min walk), noisy location from all the motorbikes (had to use ear plugs) I was overall happy with the room, but will probably try to stay closer to the beach next time. I found it overall a poor choice. Some reception staff were extremly unhelpful and impolite. Several times I had to ask for the room to be made up when we returned late in the day. Bedding was unchanged for the duration of the week.
A good value for the price. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help you. The rooms are nicely decorated and the shower is great !!!
One drawback, the hotel is situated next to the road, so the rooms near the road are noisy so make sure you ask for a room far from the road.
