Hotel Warning
This hotel is described as a 3 star; they fail to understand that this actually means a level of service that is to be provided to their guests. The only service I witnessed was the receptionist swiftly taking money off my credit card. I asked to pay for one night only but was told they had to take it all or they would cancel the booking and I would be charged for it anyway; I was tired from my journey and it was raining heavily so I succumbed, more fool me. They also confirmed later there would be absolutely no refund given.
I checked out the following day which took interaction with Asia Rooms to ensure my bill was voided as at first the hotel refused.
Nearby hotels confirmed that they receive a lot of guests who have checked straight out of the Boracay Holiday Resort.
Please take this review as a Hotel warning; under no circumstances would I advise anyone to stay here, this could have potentially spoiled any expectations of an enjoyable holiday.

Floor is tiled though no mats
Wardrobe drawer has no handles
4 star prices though 1 star standard
No lamps in rooms and only half ceiling lights work
Bed very hard (staff described this as orthopedic???
After a nights sleep in it I felt I needed to see a doctor
Oh…did I mention the ants and mosquitos?

decent but not the value of money
spacious and tidy...but couldn't sleep because of mosquitos.

Nice Location
The hotel location is great away from beach front that means away from the crowded people and party night blues. Good access to d' talipapa and d'mall. As for the hotel service good but the waiters were not so friendly and smiling..not a lot of menu option for breakfast buffet..suggest to add a bread toaster to give life to the breads served..choose a room away from the pool area and main street if you want a quiet evening in your room. Recommend to replace their room locks a electronic card key is much better to prevent closing the door with a big bang.One thing I like is they observe cleanliness though their rooms were not so spacious and with a hard bed.You have to inform front desk if you want to clean your room don't depend on the "please make up my room" sign. Overall stay was ok.You can't complain really if your budget is tight.One thing I realized, if you want a relax and comfy hotel accomodation don't compromise with the price.
Customer Service
This hotel was nice but was severely lacking in customer service. We had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room better. The wifi was slower than dial up. Fixtures did not work. Water pressure in the shower was very low and the bathroom had leaks. The sink drain was broken and didn't drain. Ordering drinks or food takes forever. We were swimming in the after ordering a couple drinks that only showed up after we had finished swimming. We swam for 45 minutes that day.
The good: Huge room space. Gd variety of Tv channels. Huge bathroom & toilet. 2min walk to the beach.
The bad: no rails in wardrobe to hang clothes. Water pressure and heater in the bathroom is inconsistent.
Adequate for not so fussy tourists (roughly abt Sgd$100/nite...shared by 3 makes it cheaper)

Good Price. Clean facility and the staff was great. But too far from the beach and when I booked it said ocean view. (Not even from the roof) But if you don't mind being three blocks off the action the price is good.
