Inspired by Southeast Asian traditional architecture and set amidst lush landscaped gardens on the hilltop, our unique island-style villa offers an alternative vacation experience with a seamless blend of natural beauty, romantic surroundings and open living, all within walking distance to the beach.

The house is fully furnished and staffed for your pleasure and enjoyment, in keeping with its open living design and décor.

The villa is multi-level and can accommodate 2 couples with children (up to 6 can people can be accommodated in total); and is ideal for either romantic gateways, friends gathering or family holidays.

The name of the villa is “Hangin” (meaning wind home) named after its island-style open living, taking advantage of the cooling breezes of the prevailing trade winds and the endless views of the unspoiled hilltops and jungle. The overall residence itself is called “Pulang Lupa”, meaning “Red Earth”, representing the colour of the earth seen within the landscaped lush garden.


MORE ABOUT THE UNIQUE LIVING SPACE

Fully furnished 3 storey open living villa (200 sqm base) with its own garden, every area offers a unique relaxing perspective on the villa and surrounding garden, to suit all moods and activities.

TOP FLOOR - The master bedroom: located on the top floor, it boasts a four poster style bed with stunning views of the palm tree tops and surrounding hills, as well a small mezzanine area. The master bedroom sleep 2, and the mezzanine features a childbed and cot area.

SECOND FLOOR - The second floor acts as an indoor lounge. It features a double bed, as well as a romantic day bed with stunning views over the lush surrounding gardens. The second floor sleeps 2 plus 1 adult or child. An additional mattress can be installed on demand, with room dividers available for further privacy if required. The house is equipped with wireless internet, cable TV and DVD player. A DVD library is also at hand in the bamboo box located next to the TV.

FIRST FLOOR - The first floor of the villa accommodates an extra large modern bathroom, with shower, full length mirrors and again with views of the surrounding vegetation.

GROUND FLOOR - On the ground floor, opposite the kitchen is a unique outdoor verandah with soft furnishing /sofas and casual dining area.Kitchen facilities, include a gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, crockery, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, cooking pots, serving dishes and amongst other items available.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR - A second outdoor open living large veranda / barbecue area is set amongst the garden on the lower ground floor. It is perfect for entertaining guests both day time and night time, or simply to relax reading a book.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Our unique service set up also includes 2 of our dedicated staff for service including island orientation, free pick ups/drop offs to/from the airport, shopping service, daily cleaning and free onsite laundry.

Although you are in the palm tree tops, we have arranged for the installation of the following for your enjoyment:

* DVD library

All are available at Hangin Villa free of charge and on an unlimited basis.
