Not all it's cracked up to be
Overall the resort was in a good location. Their advertisement of what was offered didn't match reality. They didn't have a room with a bed for our son when we arrived. They didn't even have record of us having a child even though our printed out confirmation showed two adults one child. The Free breakfast apparently is only for adults, so the work around was he ate off our plates. Complimentary water.... you get one small bottle for your entire stay no matter how long and the bottled water in the mini fridge was 50pp each. Be careful you don't end up in the "South section". It is no where close to the pool or the dining area. They have rules for everything. 150.00pp for leftovers on your plate. Along with that it appeared many of the breakfast items were constructed from dinner the night before. Fresh fruit was available but you had to pay for it where as the canned fruit in a bowl was free. Not sure where the loud music came from but it was somewhere outside the resort. Bad part was we were in the back section along the pool and the music sounded like it was outside our window. One night until 0300 AM and the other until 0600AM. Location was good, short walk to beach and close enough to not be problem. Pool was very nice however make sure you return your pool towels. My biggest complaint is they were more worried about their rules than they were about but the online booking and accommodation list that we booked under. They said what was on the internet must be wrong, even though we had proof, and they weren't willing to budge.

We were excited to finally be in Boracay, but our excitement soon turned to disappointment when we were greeted with the RULES! No this, no that, No No No! First of all the stuffed up our room type and when we finally got to our room it was tidy, but not clean. Mould in the bathroom. The key was on a flimsy keyring that constantly came off. The complimentary water advertised had to be ordered and you only got 1 small bottle for a family of 4. The toilet didn't flush properly. Water pressure very average. The pool towels were a million years old and the pool was green. The buffet breakfast that you had to fight over was awful. No bacon, and it felt like the food was the night before buffet. Not happy customers. The reception staff were less than friendly. This place needs a big overhaul. Loved Boracay though.
