This Hotel is superb with the service levels,attention to detail,curtesy,professionalism,
from the staff just excellent.
The hotel itself is just a minute away from the International airport at Cebu and so you can walk across the road and you are there.
Amazing hotel with international standards in the reception,resturant,swimming pool,and all facilities.
Fanastic room with marble bathroom and excellent hot/cold water pressure and great mirrors.
This is a high quality hotel with all the trimmings.
Also may I thank also Asia Rooms for their excellent
service as well.

Though the breakfast buffet(inclusive) is not as fabulous as the supper buffet I am still amazed by the hotel's array of delicious sweets. I would like to recommend that a choice of movies will be available in this hotel like other 4 or 5 stars hotel do. Our overall stay is nice. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

My sister's and I had a wonderful stay; awesome food, staffs were very friendly, superb customer service. I wish other hotel would be all like that. Food were delicious and fresh, place were clean and and all in all I would recommend it to anyone. Though a bit spendy, but I think it is worth the money, if you want to just relax and unwind. I will stay there again next year.

I was very satisfied with my one night stay. Very convenient for people, who have to wait for a connecting flight, because the hotel is opposite the airport, across the street!

Throughout my brief stay at your hotel all the staff I encountered were polite, courteous, extremely helpful and cheerful at all times. Their pride and professionalism is a clear indication that the hotel staff recruitment processes, training and teamwork ethos must be underpined by a very competent management structure. The location is ideal for international travel and has is well equiped to meet both professional and domestic/recreational clientel.
It is also worthy to note that both my husband and I have been impressed with the quality of service given by Asia Rooms staff. From the onset, their processing of my electronic booking has been handled professionally and in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this service to my friends and anticipate that I will use your services again on my next visit in 2008. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, large lobby all is perfect,great breakfast, the only thing which is not so 5 star is the pool, not much beds to lay on and much concrete and no grass or other green, this maybe because the hotel is in the centre, for green and larger pools you must go to Mactan island area for business and the city this hotel is perfect.

My wife and I stayed at Waterfront in Mactan two separate times (May 20-21 & May 25-26) on our latest visit to Cebu. We like it that it is a stone's throw away from the airport, but also find it's distance from the city an inconvenience. The commute to major shopping malls like SM and Ayala Center took at least 30 minutes and in local currency considered a bit costly. However, the staff's professionalism, helpfulness, and warmth more than compensate for this. We enjoyed a Hawaiian themed buffet dinner which offered a wide selection of tasty dishes. The price we paid was well worth it. The complimentary buffet breakfast was equally delightful. My wife and I will definitely stay at Waterfront in Mactan again. We will absolutely recommend the hotel to our family and friends.
