Only problem with this hotel is that it only offers 4 safety deposit boxes for the hotel. Their web page says that all rooms have fridges but they don,t. Other than these issues the hotel is OK
The staff needs more training on customer service. bathrooms needs to have it redone, it looks like the ppl who builds it were rushing. Bathroom needs to have or atleast for a suitroom it should have a complete set of toiletries, towels and face towels. The elevator is so nasty needs a good scrubbing and cleaning. Most of all rooms needs new airconditioning unit.
We only stayed one night. We moved to another hotel. The staff needs more training on customer service. We stayed in the suite room and the bathroom needs to be redone, it was nasty. The floor is not properly clean and the airconditioning unit blows air to only one side of the room and the bed area is still warm. The hallways on every floor is so warm it needs airconditioning or atleast a ventilation. Suite rooms should have a complete set of toiletries and towels. The elevator is nasty needs a lot of scrubbing and good cleaning. I will not recommend this hotel.
This is a nice hotel to aceptable cost. For sure, you cannot expect the same environment as in a 5-star comfort hotel, but was is clean and the food in the restaurant was good in quality and quantity.
I checked in and checked out the same day and took different accommodations. This hotel was very old and not in good repair. The bed was not acceptable to me and I could not stay there.
The hotel is old and the reviews I read were misleading! The service was good but for the money I think the accomodations should have been fresher.The location was good for the city but far from the resort areas and Cebu traffic is horrible. Hope this helps!
The Place and staff were really very helpfull
the only thing I have to say was wrong was, Internet access was only in lobby, and then people could not get through, a number of people staying, complained
of this, and although I used internet cafe, was disappointed also with this.

My main issue with this hotel was that it did not have access to wi fi internet in the rooms as promised -so be warned!. It was at the time of writing, limited to a very irregular and infrequent time slot in the lobby area and often to only one or two people who were allowed a password.
This in my opinion makes it usuitable for the business traveller.
If I had known that it did NOT provide wi fi internet in all the rooms then for sure I would not have booked it. Several of the guests like myself had to make frequent trips down a dark street to use the internet cafe there.
However, the service in the restaurant was attentive and staff friendly. The pools very small but I would not rate this as more than 2 stars.
Can take a taxi to the shopping mall for about 50 or 60 pesos. If they get the wi fi faciluty set up correctly and drop the price to 2000 pesos or less then I may go there again.
